Do my guests need to download an app?
No. Staynaut works directly in the phone's browser after scanning the QR code or tapping the link. Guests don't need an account either.
Can I add my own recommendations?
Yes — that's the heart of Staynaut. Add your places with a short note and guests see them right at the top. Where you don't have a tip, the Staynaut city guide fills the gap.
Can I use it for multiple apartments?
Yes. The Pack of 5 covers up to five units in one dashboard: shared recommendations, separate instructions for each apartment and duplicated setup. For 6 or more units we'll prepare a custom quote.
Can I update the guide after publishing?
Yes, anytime. Changes go live immediately and the QR code in your apartment stays the same — nothing to reprint.
Does it work with Airbnb and Booking.com?
Yes. Paste the guide link into your welcome message or scheduled messages on Airbnb, Booking.com or your booking system, and put the QR code in the apartment.
What happens after the free trial?
You use Staynaut free for 14 days, with no credit card. Then you choose a monthly or yearly plan. Until you do, you don't pay anything.
How long does setup take?
